MyEnergy Rewards is an initiative created by Direct Energy Business to reward our small business customers for continuing to choose us as their energy provider.
Small business customers will earn points for every consecutive quarter they remain a customer. In addition, they will earn bonus points upon contract renewal. To learn more about earning points, visit the "Points" tab in your dashboard. Direct Energy Business will add new ways to earn points routinely so please make sure to check your rewards dashboard on new point earning activities that are available.
To earn and redeem points you have to be an active small business customer of Direct Energy Business with billing status in good standing.
Only if you cancel a renewal. If you cancel within the first 30 days of renewal, we'll deduct the total number of points for that renewal.
Visit the "Points" tab to see your current balance, as well as your point history in the MyEnergy Rewards portal, accessible through MyAccount.
Just head to the "Rewards" page and click the Redeem tab. Once you've earned enough points, you will be able to choose between the current selection of rewards. As you earn more points, you will unlock even more reward options! Upon redemption, you'll get an email with specific activation instructions for the reward you chose.
Points are only redeemable while you remain an active client of Direct Energy Business. If you decide to leave Direct Energy Business, the points will be forfeited.
