Liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports, Mexico and industrial demand are all forecasted to increase in 2017.
Those areas which are constrained in the winter all have higher prices. NE Algonquin, NY Iroquis Z2 and Transco ZG NY are all above the $3.50 mark. PA/OH Dominion South Point is significantly lower than other regions.
Prices in ATC NYISO are higher than other regions, partly due to rebounding oil prices.
