Direct Energy Business Employees Help Build 'Tapescape 2.0'

It's not every day that you get to play with miles of packing tape.

Recently, Direct Energy Business employees and the Community Investment Council volunteered for three days at the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh to help construct the new Tapescape 2.0 exhibit

The popular play exhibit and art installation — which was designed by artist Eric Lennartson — features a whopping 10 miles of packing tape stretched over steel frames to create twisting tunnels and curving walls for children to crawl through and explore.

The time-lapse video below highlights the fun, step-by-step construction process.

We had a great time taping the exhibit together and hope visitors will enjoy it, too!
