New Energy Strategies for an Older Building

The Cambria County War Memorial first opened its doors in October of 1950. The arena is home to the Johnstown Tomahawks of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) as well as a host of other events throughout the year. Like many other older buildings of its type, it faces a number of energy challenges, from energy waste to older, less efficient heating, cooling and lighting systems. Direct Energy Business has been working with the building on strategies for maximizing their energy strategy.

"We are a newer client of Direct Energy Business, but so far our interactions have been very positive. Direct Energy Business is a forward thinking organization that is both client focused and informative," said Jeff Lehman, Accounting Manager at Cambria County War Memorial. In the early parts of this relationship, the building has already implemented smarter strategies for shifting power consumption and purchasing power at advantageous pricing.
