As one of the largest energy and home services providers in North America, Direct Energy prides itself on staying ahead of the curve with innovative developments to anticipate the needs and wants of our customers. This is the core of our upcoming “Innovation to Inspiration Tour” where we hope to show everyone how we can help you make your home and business smarter.

This month, a team of Direct Energy employees will be visiting cities in our service area, bringing with them an 18-wheeler loaded with innovative devices and appliances from some of our best and brightest partners. We’re featuring a range of products designed for both home and business use so that you can control your energy usage in new and engaging ways. You’ll be able to view thermostats, water heaters, dishwashers, sprinklers, smoke detectors, and light bulbs in action – along with the smartphone app technology to let you manage these devices whenever and wherever you are. You’ll be invited to walk around our mock “Smart Home” to see what your own home or business might look like in the near future.

Check out our new Innovation to Inspiration website to find out if we’re stopping in a city near you: www.directenergyitoi.com. In addition, you can follow the roadshow on Twitter using the hashtag #directenergyitoi.
